What MosaicHaven is

MosaicHaven is a visual bookmarking service. You save images, articles, recipes, and other web content to private collections called havens. We do not show your content to other users, sell advertising, or build behavioral profiles.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, and profile photo, provided by Google when you sign in with Google OAuth.
  • Content you save: images, URLs, page text, titles, and descriptions that you explicitly choose to pin to your havens.
  • Payment information: if you subscribe, your payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for debugging and security purposes. We do not sell or share this data.

Browser extension

The MosaicHaven browser extension reads content from pages you visit only when you explicitly activate it — by clicking the toolbar icon or using the right-click menu. It collects:

  • The URL and title of the current page
  • Image URLs visible on the page
  • Page text (when you choose to save a text pin)
  • Open Graph metadata (description, og:image)

This data is sent only to mosaichaven.ai to complete your save. It is not sent to any third party and is not collected passively in the background.

How we use AI

We use AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate tags, summaries, and content suggestions for your saved items. Your content is sent to Anthropic's API for this purpose. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing. We do not use your content to train models.

Data storage

Images are stored in Cloudflare R2 (object storage). Database records are stored on DigitalOcean (PostgreSQL). Both providers are based in the United States.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

  • Stripe — to process subscription payments
  • Anthropic — to power AI tagging and content features
  • Cloudflare / DigitalOcean — to store and serve your content

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics platforms.

Your data is yours

You can export all your pins, havens, and images at any time from the account menu — no support ticket required. You can delete your account by contacting us at [email protected]. We will delete your data within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
